Bokaláncokat vásároltam. Az ékszer, a csomagolása minőségi, de a charm nem kapcsos, így kb. fél óra küzdelem után sikerült a láncra feltenni. Ezt a váltotatot nem ajánlom.

Kedves Andrea! A webshopban egyértelműen megmutatjuk, hogy miként kell például egy ilyen összeállítást megrendelni.
Amikor a karkötővel, bokalánccal párosítva rendeli meg a charmot, akkor összeszerelve küldjük. Ha külön rendeli meg őket, ahogy Ön tette, akkor azt külön termékként kezeljük. Nézze meg még egyszer az oldalon, hogy ha kiválaszt egy bármilyen bokaláncot például, talál a "kosárba" gomb felett egy "Szeretnék hozzá charmot" gombot, ahol ki tudja választani és előnézeti képen is meg tudja tekinteni az összeállítást.

A minőség nagyon jó. Csak árba nem mindenki teheti meg, hogy ennyit fizessen. Sokallom, hogy mind két felére a medálnak 6-6000ft+a medál külön is. Ez így sok. Családnak sajnos még várat ez az ajándék mert így árban sok.

Jól áttekinthető a webshop kínálata. Óriási a választék szebbnél szebb ékszerekből. Azt kaptam , amit rendeltem és éppen olyan, mint a képeken.
Egyszerű volt a rendelés és a fizetés, korrekt a visszajelzés.

Az ékszerhez ígért díszdoboz nem érkezett meg, valamint a neki szánt nejlonzacskóba sem volt becsomagolva. Külön hevert a kettő a dobozban.

Az ékszerekhez nem ígérve van a díszdoboz, hanem ingyen adjuk mindenkinek, aki kéri. Mivel a vásárlók többsége nem ígényli, ezért megkérdezzük mindenkitől olyan egyszerű módon, hogy minden kiválasztott termék esetében, a termékehez passzoló dobozt ingyen a kosárba lehet tenni.
Ha visszatér a webshopba, rendelés nélkül is meg tudja tekinteni ezt az opciót.
Ön nem rakott a kosárba dobozt, ezért nem is küldtünk (a megrendelése visszaighazolásában ellenőrizheti, mert az külön szerepelne rajta).

Az ékszer valószínűleg valahogy a szállítás küzben csúszhatott ki a műanyag csomagolásából, amiért elnézést kérünk.
Csomagoláskor mindent gondosan ellenőrzünk az elküldés előtt, sajnos hiba mindenhol történhet. Ha az ékszer sérült, azt természetesen ingyen cseréljük.
