Package didn't arrive. I contacted UPS. Apparently UPS lost track of the package. UPS also said the following: We kindly ask you to contact the sender of the package and request that they submit the claim. I'm posting this here because my emails to info@balcano.eu go unanswered.

If you order an expensive item, the delivery process is flawless. If you order a less expensive item, you may not receive it.
An expensive bracelet I ordered on a Monday arrived on Wednesday (in December). A less expensive bracelet I ordered on the 5th of February has still not arrived.
Dear Dimitri,

We do not understand this kind of accusation, especially since we took action on our side within half a day.
The evening order was already dispatched by UPS the next day at noon, which is clearly visible in the tracking:

"Ship To ROTTERDAM NL
Past Event Label Created Hungary 02/06/2026, 12:05 P.M."

According to the tracking, you also requested an address change in the meantime.
Unfortunately, we have no control over the courier service’s operations, which is why their contact details are provided so that any delivery issues can be discussed directly with them.

Furthermore, the shipping process is never related to the value of the ordered goods.

We are sorry for the inconvenience you experienced, but it is not justified to blame us for this.
Please contact UPS directly regarding the delivery.
