Minden rendben zajlott, a megrendelés gyorsan hozzám került, az ügyfélszolgálat pedig nagyon empatikus volt. A csomagolás pedig nagyon ízléses és kifinomult. Örülök, hogy rátaláltam erre az oldalra. Ha ékszert szeretnék vásárolni, biztos, hogy visszatérek ide :) További jó munkát Nektek! :)

Hétvégén megrendeltem, két nap múlva már hozta a futár a szépen gravírozott karkötőt.
A csomagolás is profi!
Két hét múlva szétesett a csatja, jeleztem az ügyfélszolgálatnál, szintén két nap alatt itt volt a pótlás!
Nemcsak akkor korrektek mikor pénzért dolgoznak, a reklamációs ügyintézés is példás!

Bő választék, gyors szállítás. A karkötő olyan mint a képen. Első felpróbálásnál úgy tűnt, hogy a méret nem megfelelő. De egy kicsit hajlítgatva, betörve tökéletesen megfelelő.
