Kedves Jánosné! Sajnáljuk a kellemetlen tapasztalatot! Eddig senkitől nem volt ilyen visszajelzés. Lehetősége van a nyakláncot visszaküldeni és esetleg javasolni tudnánk egy ugyanilyen modellre de csak 3 mm- esre cserélni. Természetesen az értékkülönbözetet visszatérítjük és a csere szállítási költségét is mi álljuk. Ha zavarja a márkaembléma akkor jelezze az ügyfélszolgálatunknak amikor kéri a cserét és ha kéri akkor eltávolítjuk. Kb 1,5 cm-el rövidebb lesz ebben az esetben.
