An expensive bracelet I ordered on a Monday arrived on Wednesday (in December). A less expensive bracelet I ordered on the 5th of February has still not arrived.
We do not understand this kind of accusation, especially since we took action on our side within half a day.
The evening order was already dispatched by UPS the next day at noon, which is clearly visible in the tracking:

According to the tracking, you also requested an address change in the meantime.
Unfortunately, we have no control over the courier service’s operations, which is why their contact details are provided so that any delivery issues can be discussed directly with them.
Furthermore, the shipping process is never related to the value of the ordered goods.
We are sorry for the inconvenience you experienced, but it is not justified to blame us for this.

A bevonat fekete króm, ami önmagában is kemény anyag, és ez speciális, PVD (vákumgőzös) eljárással van felhordva a felületre. Majdnem a szerszámoknál használt tartósság. Eddig még soha nem volt panasz ezek kopására. Az arany bevonatnál is sokkal tarósabb az anyag keménysége miatt.
