A választék, a leírás a termékekről, a megrendeléstől, hogy én rakhatom össze, a termék érkeztéig és nagy meglepetés az igényes csomagolás, és persze az ajándék is. Ugyan a karkötő mérete nagy lett, így vissza kellett küldenem.
Az ügyfélszolgálat nagyon készséges volt, másnap jött is a futár csomagért, amiért nem kellett fizetnem. A megbeszéltek szerint, végül azt kaptam, amit szerettem volna, imádom, köszönöm!
Egy valamit hiányoltam kicsit. Amikor összeállítottam a karkötőt, milyen ásványokat szeretnék, nem tudtam visszaolvasni, mit is tettem már bele, mert rengeteg a választék és azt nem láttam a megrendelés után sem, csak hogy “egyedi, saját tervezésű” illetve a csomagolásban sem találtam egy listát róla. Én ugyan kifotóztam, mik is kerültek bele, de örömmel venném, ha a legközelebbi rendelésemkor látnám a listát is. Mindent összegezve, szuper weboldal!
