A megrendelést követően másnap a kezemben kaptam a csomagot. Sajnos a megrendelt termék helyett másik fajtát küldtek. Telefonos egyeztetés után fél órán belül emailt kaptam a cseréről és a futárszolgálattól a csomag feladásáról. Rendelést követő 2. nap a futár hozta a megrendelt terméket és vitte vissza a téves csomagot. Minden tiszteletem a cégé, rugalmas ügyintézés, kiváló ügyfélkezelés, gyors szállítás, jó minőségű termékek. Részemről csak ajánlani tudom.

Csodálatosan szép ékszereket találtam a webshopukban. Én a klasszikusabb darabokat kedvelem, igy azokból válogattam pl. gyűrűket, fülbevalókat, karláncokat. Mindegyik termék gondosan, szépen kidolgozott. Különösen kedvelem az orvosi fémből készült ékszereiket, mivel nem szineződnek el, nem okoznak allergiát. A gyűrűk méretpontosak. A kiszolgálás, csomagolás nagyon profi, esztétikus, a szállitás extra gyors. Csak gratulálni tudok a csapatnak s bátran ajánlom mindenkinek.

Fülgyűrűket rendeltem.
Jó minőségű termékek, azt kaptam amit kértem.
Egy gondom volt, de ez nem az Önök hibája.
A fülgyűrűk nagyok a fülemre, hajlítani kellett ,hogy rajta maradjon.
De az anyag így sem sérült.
Jó a bevonat rajta.

Az ékszer tetszik, valóságban még szebb mint a képen. A kiszolgálás gyors. Az ajándék is a valóságban sokkal szebb mint amit a kép mutat. Nekem amit rendeltem minden tetszik.
