Egy munkatárs felhívott, és nem akarta elhinni, hogy 16 óra után is ki fogja hozni a futár a kért árut. Pedig megtörtént. A munkatárs nem volt barátságos.

Nagyon gazdag kínálat, jó ár-érték arány jellemzi a Balcanot! Az általam vásárolt ékszerek nagyon szépek, nagyon jó minőségűek, és az áruk is kedvező! Szép de nem olyan szép mint az amit pár évvel ezelőtt vettem ugyanaz az ékszer de már más a szín a kövek berakása. Viszont erősebb a csatja hátha ezt nem hagyom el 😊

Hibátlan webshop, könnyű használat, gyors szállítás. Egyedüli nehézség megfelelő méretben kinyomtatni a ujj méretezőt!

Kedves Balázs! Igen tisztában vagyunk vele, hogy nem minden eszközön lesz teljesen pontos a méret (ezért is nem kép file formátumban tettük fel hanem PDF-ben, mert az a legpontosabb ilyen esetekben). Sajnos így online jelenleg ennél jobb megoldást nem találtunk, viszont a megrendelésekhez mellékelünk egy műanyag mérőt, amit később tud használni, a méretcsere pdig egy munkanap alatt megvan.
