Hibátlan webshop, könnyű használat, gyors szállítás. Egyedüli nehézség megfelelő méretben kinyomtatni a ujj méretezőt!

Kedves Balázs! Igen tisztában vagyunk vele, hogy nem minden eszközön lesz teljesen pontos a méret (ezért is nem kép file formátumban tettük fel hanem PDF-ben, mert az a legpontosabb ilyen esetekben). Sajnos így online jelenleg ennél jobb megoldást nem találtunk, viszont a megrendelésekhez mellékelünk egy műanyag mérőt, amit később tud használni, a méretcsere pdig egy munkanap alatt megvan.

Szép de nem olyan szép mint az amit pár évvel ezelőtt vettem ugyanaz az ékszer de már más a szín a kövek berakása. Viszont erősebb a csatja hátha ezt nem hagyom el 😊

Nagyon gazdag kínálat, jó ár-érték arány jellemzi a Balcanot! Az általam vásárolt ékszerek nagyon szépek, nagyon jó minőségűek, és az áruk is kedvező! Egy munkatárs felhívott, és nem akarta elhinni, hogy 16 óra után is ki fogja hozni a futár a kért árut. Pedig megtörtént. A munkatárs nem volt barátságos.
