Sajnáljuk, hogy ha csalódást okozott a termék. Mindegyik arany bevonatú termékünknek ugyanaz az anyaga. A bevonat 18K feletti tisztaságú arany. Ez az arany színe.

A korábbi termék, amit vásárolt, egy karkperec volt, aminek sokkal simább a felülete, mint egy aránylag apró szemű láncnak. Ez is okozhat egy kis különbséget a szín látszatában.
A képek és videók erős megvilágítás mellett készülnek, ezért tűnhetnek világosabbnak, plussz a monitornak is eleve van háttér világítása és készülékenként ezek eltérhetnek. Sajnos nagyon nehéz a termékeket pontosan ugyanúgy szemléltetni minden eszközön egyformán, ahogy azok a valóságban kinéznek.

A gravírozás viszont pontosan úgy lett elkészítve, ahogy Ön megrendelte. A betűméret egy gravírozásnál mindig ugyanakkora a teljes szöveg esetében. Nem is lehet alapértelmezetten máshogy beállítani és ez látható a virtuális képen is, ahol a gravírozást megrendelte. (Utólag is tudja ellenőrizni az emailben küldött megrendelés visszaigazolásában található linkre kattintva és azt megnyitva.)
