Egy munkatárs felhívott, és nem akarta elhinni, hogy 16 óra után is ki fogja hozni a futár a kért árut. Pedig megtörtént. A munkatárs nem volt barátságos.

Kedves Zorán! A telefon, vagy a számítógép monitorán mindig nagyobbnak tűnik mint a valóságban. Mindig figyelembe kell venni az arányokat is. Mi mindig a megrandelés szerint készítjük el a gravírozást. Ha visszanézi a megrendelését meg fogja látni, hogy pontosan az szerint lett elkészítve.

Eddig már háromszor rendeltem, a mostani fizetős kiszállítás kicsit mellbe vágott.

Köszönjük a megrendelését és sajnáljuk ha csalódott a szállítási költség miatt, de egyben kérjük a megértését, mivel kis értékű megrendeléseknél teljesen ráfizetéses számunkra ha átvállaljuk az egyébként közel 2000.-Ft szállítási költséget (mi ennyit fizetünk a GLS-nek minden szállítás esetén). A 15 000.-Ft feletti vásárlások esetén továbbra is átvállaljuk, de kisebb értékű megrendelések esetén csak egy részét (ezért fizetett "csak" 1 190.-Ft-ot, ami tudjuk, hogy nem kevés, de kb. 800.- Ft-ot így is mi fizettünk ön helyett).
