Loyalty bonus points system
All customers with a loyalty account receive bonus points for their orders. Bonus points are 5% of the total value of the products purchased. For each product, the amount of loyalty bonus points you can earn with your purchase is indicated below the current retail price.
Bonus points cannot be awarded for any delivery costs.
In the "My Points" section of your account, you will find a summary of the points currently redeemable, as well as details of the points received for previous orders, points already redeemed and points for recent orders that have not yet been activated.
When you place your next order, redeemable points will automatically appear in your shopping cart and can be redeemed immediately.
The loyalty bonus points you receive after placing your order will appear immediately in your loyalty account, but will only be activated after 15 days (so they will be redeemable after 15 days).
Bonus points received for cancelled orders (orders not taken or returned for withdrawal) will be cancelled. Points received for partially returned orders will be cancelled according to the value of the goods (i.e. points received for the value of the returned goods will be cancelled). This can also be tracked in detail in your account.
After placing your order, the confirmation email will also indicate the amount of bonus points you will receive for your order.
Important: When you place an order, the loyalty bonus point will only be credited to your account if you have previously logged in with your email address and password.
This is requested when you enter the data in the shopping cart. Also, only the points that have already been activated and aleady redeemable will appear in the shopping cart at checkout.
